Welcome to CreatoHub Digital Studio ("CreatoHub", "we", "us", or "our"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and engagement with our website (www.creatohub.com), creative services, software architectures, digital marketing campaigns, and trial programs.

By initiating a project, submitting an inquiry, entering into a creative trial, or purchasing a monthly retainer or fixed-price turnkey package, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms. If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of a company or organization, you represent that you possess the authoritative legal power to bind that entity.

CreatoHub provides bespoke creative, engineering, and digital growth services, including but not limited to:

• Brand Strategy & Visual Identity: Logo mark design, brand guideline manuals, typographic systems, corporate identity kits, and packaging collaterals.
• UI/UX Design & Prototyping: Interactive Figma design systems, wireframes, user flow architectures, and mobile-responsive interface specifications.
• Modern Web & Software Engineering: Next.js App Router applications, Headless WordPress architectures, custom WPGraphQL APIs, microservices, and speed optimization.
• Video Editing & Motion Graphics: Commercial video production, 2D/3D kinetic animations, promotional video editing, and short-form social reels.
• Growth Marketing & SEO: Search engine optimization, meta schemas, digital advertising funnel architecture, and conversion rate optimization (CRO).

Each engagement is formally defined through an approved project proposal, statement of work (SOW), or active subscription tier detailing specific deliverables, milestones, and delivery cadences.

Successful, high-converting digital delivery relies on timely collaboration. The Client agrees to:

• Provide all required brand assets, high-resolution logos, brand copy, product data, and third-party credentials (e.g. hosting, domain DNS, API keys) in a prompt manner.
• Designate a primary contact person with the authority to provide feedback and approve milestones.
• Respond to review requests, draft submissions, and staged previews within five (5) business days to prevent delivery timeline adjustments.
• Ensure all provided text, images, and brand materials do not infringe on any third-party copyrights or trademarks.

CreatoHub offers prospective clients an exclusive Creative Trial Experience. By applying for and accepting a trial, the Client agrees to the following terms:

• Demonstration Scope: Trial deliverables represent up to 70% of a completed deliverable (e.g. initial brand concept drafts, a sample social media creative reel, or high-fidelity UI layout draft) engineered to showcase our capabilities and alignment with your brand vision.
• No Commercial Exploitation: Trial deliverables are strictly provided for evaluation purposes. The Client does not receive commercial usage rights, resale licenses, or source intellectual property rights until a formal engagement contract or retainer is finalized.
• Asset Ownership: All creative concepts, draft sketches, raw project files, and prototypes developed under the trial remain the sole proprietary property of CreatoHub until full commercial commitment.
• Fair Use & Eligibility: Trials are limited to one (1) engagement per verified brand or business entity. CreatoHub reserves the right to decline or terminate trial applications at its discretion.

We prioritize client satisfaction through structured feedback cycles:

• Included Iterations: Each service tier or project milestone includes designated revision rounds as specified in your package (e.g. 2–3 structured revisions for fixed-scope deliverables, or continuous iterative revisions under active monthly retainers).
• Feedback Batching: To maintain delivery momentum, feedback must be submitted in consolidated, documented batches rather than piecemeal requests.
• Out-of-Scope Changes: Major architectural changes, foundational rebranding mid-project, or feature additions requested outside the approved SOW will be scoped separately and quoted as an add-on or upgraded plan.
• Milestone Sign-Off: Once a project phase is formally approved by the Client, subsequent modifications that revert or restructure approved components will incur additional development hours.

CreatoHub operates transparent, high-ROI value architectures:

• Turnkey Fixed-Price Projects: Typically invoiced with a 50% upfront deposit prior to project initiation and the remaining 50% balance upon final staging deployment prior to live production handover. Enterprise projects may utilize a 33% / 33% / 34% milestone schedule.
• Monthly Retainer Subscriptions: Invoiced in advance on a recurring 30-day billing cycle. Retainer engagements may be paused or cancelled at any time with seven (7) business days notice prior to the subsequent billing renewal.
• Currency: Default global pricing is quoted in United States Dollars (USD - $). Clients within Bangladesh may transact in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT - ৳) calculated at official studio exchange rates.
• Payment Gateways: We accept verified international bank wire transfers, Stripe, Payoneer, major credit cards, and approved mobile financial services for verified domestic corporate clients.

We uphold strict, transparent intellectual property principles:

• Full Client Ownership: Upon full and final settlement of all applicable project invoices, 100% of the intellectual property rights, final approved vector artwork, source codes, and digital assets created specifically for the project transfer exclusively to the Client.
• Pre-existing Studio Frameworks: CreatoHub retains ownership of its proprietary pre-existing software tools, boilerplates, libraries, and design frameworks integrated into deliverables. The Client is granted a perpetual, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to utilize such components within their deliverable.
• Portfolio Presentation Rights: Unless a mutually signed Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) explicitly prohibits it, CreatoHub reserves the right to display completed, publicly published deliverables, screenshots, and project case studies on our website, social media, and industry showcases to demonstrate our portfolio excellence.

Both parties agree to hold all proprietary materials, trade secrets, unreleased product blueprints, financial details, and business intelligence obtained during the course of the project in strict confidence. Neither party shall disclose Confidential Information to any third party without prior written consent, except to necessary contractors and legal advisors under identical confidentiality bounds.

CreatoHub guarantees that all deliverables are crafted with senior-level professional expertise, adhering to modern web standards, Core Web Vitals best practices, and responsive visual integrity.

• Post-Launch Warranty: We provide thirty (30) to ninety (90) days of complimentary bug-fixing and technical stabilization post-handover, depending on the tier. This warranty covers defects in original deliverable code but excludes bugs caused by subsequent third-party plugin updates, client server modifications, or unauthorized codebase alterations.
• Liability Cap: To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CreatoHub shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages (including loss of business profits, data corruption, or third-party platform service disruptions). Our aggregate liability shall in no event exceed the total fees paid by the Client to CreatoHub for the specific deliverable in dispute during the preceding six (6) months.

Either party may terminate an active engagement if the other party breaches a material provision and fails to cure such breach within fourteen (14) calendar days of written notice. Upon termination, the Client shall compensate CreatoHub for all verified hours worked and milestones delivered up to the effective termination date.

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or related to our services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable commercial laws. In the event of a dispute, both parties commit to engaging in good-faith informal mediation before initiating formal legal proceedings.
